Korean-style Shabu Shabu

Some weeks ago I tried this dish (소고기 훠궈/샤브샤브) with my Korean friend. I am not really sure how name this dish. But it sure was some kind of Japanese, Korean and Chinese fusion fondue. (Comment on Sept. 14th 2024: Should definitely come back to the origins of this dish.)
The employee set our table with a table cooker on which the two different soups were cooked in a divided pot. One soup had a spicy-deep-taste and the other soup more lightly-vegetable-taste.
The ingredients to cook in the hotpot-broth were: fresh vegetables, tofu, spam, surimi, beef and noodles.
After cooking the fresh ingredients we dipped them in the 2 different sauces. 😋
At last, we cooked the wheat and glass noodles in the broth which was very tasty now as it has been boiled for a while with all the delicious ingredients from before.
This was a really healthy, light lunch which was very fun because it was like cooking and eating with a friend. 😄
